In a recent interview with the German publication Autosport, Masaya Kaji, the general manager of motorsport engineering at Toyota GAZOO Racing, confirmed that the automotive giant currently has no plans for a Formula 1 comeback. “Running our own team is not on the table for us,” Kaji stated. “Moreover, supplying engines isn’t a priority at this time. Our collaboration with Haas is the optimal path forward for our organization.”
