20.09.2019 – SCL Tigers vs EV Zug 5-3

23.11.2019 – SCL Tigers vs EV Zug 2-3

EV ZUG

Zug played their last game last Saturday in Lugano and won it 5-3. The Bulls won 3 of their last 4 games and oftentimes they outplay their opponents when it comes to offensive play. However, they must improve – a lot! – their home record… Suffice it to say that they won only 1 of their last 5 games played at the Bossard Arena.

SCL TIGERS

Langnau are coming off the 3-2 home win earned against Lugano last night that followed the 5-3 road defeat suffered against Davos. Overall, the Tigers won only 2 of their last 6 games… but don’t be fooled by the results. Because Heinz Ehlers’ troops, who lost all their last 3 games player on the road, almost always deliver solid performances and are a tough nut to crack.

FUN FACT

The last time that a game between Zug and Langnau went to overtime/shootout dates back to October 21st, 2016. On that occasion, the Tigers earned a 2-1 overtime road win at the Bossard Arena thanks to the goals scored by Thomas Nüssli and Pascal Berger. The Bulls’ goal was scored by Dominic Lammer.
