Langnau are coming off the 4-1 home win earned against Rapperswil before the international break that extended their winning run to 3-games. Lately Heinz Ehlers’ troops became solid again and therefore started to win games again. The three wins earned right before the break were certainly a confidence booster for the Tigers, who moreover won 3 of their last 5 home games and earned at least 1 point in 5 of the last 6 games played at the Ilfishalle.
Bern are coming off the crazy 5-4 overtime home defeat suffered against Zug that extended their winless run to 3-games. If someone needed a break, were certainly the Bears… who lost 12 of their last 15 regular season games and who, moreover, won only 2 of their 9 away games this season. It must also be said that everything is going wrong for Kari Jalonen’s troops. Yet, sooner or later things should change. Will they start to change tonight? We’ll have the answers at about 10 pm…
