Not bad, Davos… but Bern were solid and won 1-0!

HC Davos – SC Bern 0-1

Our game summary, the key player, video highlights and game statistics.

Bern earned a 1-0 away win in Davos at the end of a quite balanced game.

Ready, steady… goal for Bern! It took only 111 seconds to Matthias Bieber to give the lead to the Mutzen. And then after that, Kari Jalonen’s troops had the opportunities to extend their lead. We mean, it looked like the beginning of a one sided game.

And instead it wasn’t… because this time Davos didn’t collapse and actually found the way to scare the current league leaders!

The score didn’t chance until the end but this was mostly because of the great performances delivered by Gilles Senn and Leonardo Genoni. Overall in fact the game was quite entertaining. Davos had many chances to equalize and probably, with all due respect, they would have deserved it. Bern for their part weren’t able to make the difference but surely they didn’t underperform.

What can we say… a nice hockey game!

Matthias Bieber (SC Bern)

In the end, Matthias Bieber is the only one who was able to put the darn puck in the net!
